SW 1/4 OF SECTION 8
to divide a 5 acre propexty in the SW 1/4 of Section 8 for Glenn
Hansen, and
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted on 10/7/91
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved the sketch on December
18, 1990 in Resolution #i!13-90, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map has been drawn generally in
conformance with that approved sketch, and
WHEREAS, The property meets the R-1 zone district requirement
for lot size and average width and the proper road dedication for
Field Drive is provided.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOL,VED, That the Plan Commission approve the
certified survey map for Glenn Hansen in the SW 1/4 of Section 8
and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to approval
of the city engineers, pa.yment of all applicable fees in Section
10 of the land division ordinance, and evidence of a satisfactory
perc test for the pr0pert.y.
