WHEREAS, A site plan and construction drawing have been
WHEREAS, Property is zoned RS-2 and the location of the
proposed storage shed meets the RS-2 requirements for setbacks and
offsets, and
WHEREAS, The design and materials are compatible with the
residential character of the area, and
WHEREAS, The structure is proposed to be used to store lawn
and pool equipment.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
