PCR19912020 APPROVAL OF SITE PLAN FOR GUEST HOUSE, LOT 2, CROWBAR ROAD RESOLUTION #P.C. 202-91 ROBERT PELZMANN-THE REALTY CENTER AMENDED WHEREAS, Mr. Robert Pelzmann of The Realty Center has submitted a site plan and, a written request to construct a guest house on property addressed as W219 S7594 Crowbar Drive, and that guest houses may be allowed upon Plan Commission's approval WHEREAS, Section 8.01 b (5) of the zoning ordinance provides of lots of at least 120,000 sq. ft. given that such structure shall not be rented, leased, or used for continuous or permanent habitation. Such structure shall be a minimum of 1,200 sq. ft. in size, and lot to build this house to be used for the housing of overnight guests, and WHEREAS, It is the intent of the prospective purchaser of the WHEREAS, The purchaser intends to construct the primary residence first. 0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the guest house for the proposed location at W219 57594 Crowbar Drive. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval be subject to approval of a site plan which indicates the location of both the primary residence and the guest house and submittal of construction drawings for both residences and subject to the provision of the zoning ordinance which limits the guest house to a minimum of 1,200 sq. ft. and prohibits the use of the guest house for continuous or permanent habitation, and a recorded deed restriction which advises future owners of the requirements and restrictions of the guest house approval. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, This approval is contingent that the individual guests' stay not exceed 3 months at one time.
