WHEREAS, Mr. Pierre C!outure has submitted a site plan and a
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2 which would require a side
offset of at least 15', a.nd
WHEREAS, The applicant's site plan indicates a 14' Offset, and
WHEREAS, The design a,nd construction materials would be
compatible with the residential character of the area, and
WHEREAS, The structure will be used for residential Storage
purposes.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
second garage structure for Pierre Couture at S75 W19492 Woodland
Place subiect to the structure meeting the 15' offset from the NE 0 property iine.
