9/24/91 for Park Place West subdivision located in the NE 1/4 of
WHEREAS, A revised preliminary plat has been submitted on
Section 17, and
WHEREAS, This pr0pert.y was originally platted as a preliminary
plat for 14 lots for the purpose of developing multi family units
(4-plexes), and
single family residential dwellings and the lots are platted under
the RS-2 zoning district requirements, and
WHEREAS, The property is now intended to be utilized for
WHEREAS, The road alignment will remain the same, and
WHEREAS, The city engineer and Waukesha County have reviewed
the preliminary plat with the State of Wisconsin's approval
pending.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
preliminary plat for Park Place West located in the NE 1/4 of
Section 17.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval is subject to the
name of Forest Park Drive being changed because it is too similar -
to existing street names.
