THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the preliminary plat for Park Place West located in the NE 1/4 of Section 17. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval is subject to the name of Forest Park Drive being changed because it is too similar - to existing street names. submittal of deed restrictions which will include provisions for BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval is subject to landscaping.
