WHEREAS, A site plan and construction drawings have been
submitted as application for a 12' x 18' second garage structure
at W186 56383 Topaz Drive, and
WHEREAS, The applicants have received a 4 sq. ft. size
variance, 12' offset variance, 12'5" offset variance from the rear
lot line by the Board of'Appeals, and
existing garage, and
WHEREAS, It is intended to construct a garage to match the
and other residential items.
WHEREAS, The structure will be used to store pool equipment
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
second garage structure at W186 S6383 Topaz Drive for Jim Lein.
