RESOLUTION #P.C. 196-91
WHEREAS, A final plat was submitted on 9/16/91 to divide
property in the SW 1/4 of Section 5 into 9 single family home
sites and 2 outlots, and
WHEREAS, The final plat was reviewed and approved by the Plan
Commission on August 6, 1991 in Resolution #P.C. 136-91, and
a certification of no objection to the final plat and the city
engineers for review of the plat and have addressed certain
concerns regarding the wetlands and easement to be indicated on
the plat, and
WHEREAS, Waukesha County Park and Planning has responded with
WHEREAS, The preliminary plat was reviewed with the condition
that the property owner be contacted to acquire first approval for
the access for the proposed winter activities area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
final plat for Lakeview Highland Addition #1 and recommend
approval to the Common Council subject to the recommendations from
the objecting agencies and the city engineer, and payment Of all
fees in the land division ordinance. 0
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval is contingent upon :
the city obtaining the rights of first approval.
