AMENDED
WHEREAS, A site plan and written description has been
submitted by Gregory and Gloria Boehm petitioning the city for a
conditional use grant for a fish farm (hatchery) in the SE 1/4 of
Section 16, and
WHEREAS, The material, provided for the conditional use grant
does not have a complete written description of the use, and
detailed site plan and building drawings to describe the site
improvements, and
WHEREAS, The petition. regulations also require a complete and
WHEREAS, The applicants have submitted information considered
to be insufficient for making a determination for approval of the
conditional use grant.
