AMENDED
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted on
September 24, 1991 to divide the property into four (4) parcels by
Harold DeBack, and
WHEREAS, This property was rezoned from RS-3 to RS-3/0PD by
Ord. 723 on September 10, 1991, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission had approved the sketch in P.C.
sketch, and
X130-91 and this certified survey map conforms to the approved
'WHEREAS, The lots are designed as part of a Planned Unit
Development (P.U.D.) to allow duplex use of each of the lots, and
WHEREAS, The lots are intended to be serviced by municipal
water and sanitary sewers.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve a
certified survey map for Harold DeBack for property in the SE 1/4
of Section 17.
1- the applicable requirements of the city's P.U.D. regulations
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval be subject to:
2- approval of the city engineers and payment of required fees
4- require a deed restrict.ion which prevents the redivision of
3- site plan and building plan review for all four parcels
5- landscaping (trees) along driveway length of lot 3 be provided,
as well as a landscape plan for all four lots
