PCR1991193APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 29 RESOLUTION #P.C. 193-91 DARRYL UOWINSKI AND DONALD KABITZKE WHEREAS, A sketch has: been submitted on September 20, 1991 by Darryl Rowinski and Dona1.d Xabitzke to divide property in the NW 1/4 of Section 29, and WHEREAS, The sketch indicates that two lots are intended to be divided from approximately 45 acres, and WHEREAS, Each of the proposed lots would contain approximately 6 acres, and WHEREAS, The existing zoning is EA (Exclusive Agriculture) which requires a minimum of 35 acres per parcel, and WHEREAS, The applicant intends to petition the Plan Commission and Common Council to rezone the property to "A" (Agricultural) which would allow parcels of this size and average width to be created, and WHEREAS, It is intended for both parcels to access Parker Road by a shared driveway in a property easement on the east side of the southerly lot. sketch for a two lot land division in the NW 1/4 of Section 29. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That approval be contingent upon the rezoning of the property from EA to A, a favorable perc test being submitted for each of the lots and the dedication of one-half Of the required 60' Right of Way of Parker Road.
