9/24/91 by Duane Whitehouse for property located in the SW 1/4 of
Section 6, and
WHEREAS, A sketch for a land division has been submitted on
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RCE and the proposed lot will
meet the minimum 120,000 sq. ft. lot size and 250' average width,
and
WHEREAS, It is intended to dedicate the required 40' Right of
Way along Tans Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
sketch land division for Duane Whitehouse for property located in
the SW 1/4 of Section 6.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission would be
receptive to a certified survey mapping of the property subject to 0 a favorable perc test on the proposed lot.
