NW 1/4 OF SECTION 14 KOSOBUCXI BROTHERS PARTNERSHIP
AMENDED
Partnership for the proposed Waterfield Park Subdivision located
in the NW 1/4 of Section 14, and
WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted by Kosobucki Brothers
WHEREAS, The sketch proposes 25 single family lots for the
purpose of residential development with Lot 25 created for an
existing home and outbuilding (barn), and
road system with access to Mystic Drive and creation of ponds
related to the existing drainage pattern, and
WHEREAS, The platting includes development of a cul de sac
WHEREAS, The ponds are generally proposed to be within the
areas of existing wetlands (W) and shoreland/wetlands (SW), and
WHEREAS, The remainder of the property is zoned RS-3 and lots
width.
are intended to meet the requirements for lot size and average
sketch for land division for Waterfield Park Subdivision in the NW
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
1/4 of Section 14 subject to the review and approval for the
Works Committee for drainage, the approval of the DNR/Corps of
extension of utilities by the Utility Committee, review by Public
wetlands.
Engineers in the event permits are required related to the
Plan Commission
