SW 1/4 OF SECTION 12 IN THE TOWN OF WATERFORD-MAGNER REALTY, INC.
WHEREAS, An extraterritorial final plat for Hidden Harbor has
been submitted on September 9, 1991 by Magner Realty, Inc. to
subdivide property into 19 residential lots with 3 outlots in the
SW 1/4 of Section 12 in the Town of Waterford, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission have reviewed and approved a
revised preliminary plat for Hidden Harbor in Resolution #P.C.
148-91 on June 11, 1991, and
WHEREAS, This final plat has been drawn generally in
conformance with the approved preliminary plat, and
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego has extraterritorial review
authority to review and approve such plats.
