TICHIGAN ADDITION. NO. 1 IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 2
TOWN OF WATERFORD-KOSOBUCKI BROTHERS PARTNERSHIP
AMENDED
9/18/91 for Golden Meadows at Lake Tichigan Addition No. 1 to
create a 53 lot subdivision in the Town of Waterford, and
WHEREAS, An extraterritorial final plat has been submitted on
WHEREAS, The preliminary plat was approved by the Plan
Commission in Resolution #P.C. 150-88 on 9/6/88, and
WHEREAS, The final plat is drawn generally in conformance with
the approved preliminary plat, and
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego has extraterritorial subdivision
review authority to review and approve such land divisons.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
extraterritorial final plat for Golden Meadows at Lake Tichigan
Addition No. 1 in the SE 1/4 of Section 2 in the Town of Waterford
and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to the
submittal of the application fee.
