NORDIC RIDGE IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 5 IN THE TOWN OF NORWAY
in the SE 1/4 of Section 5 in the Town of Norway was submitted on
9/20/91 by Racine County for Donald & Donna Hanson, and
WHEREAS, An extraterritorial preliminary plat for Nordic Ridge
WHEREAS, The preliminary plat indicates that there will be 23
single family lots, 14 duplex lots (Lots 1-14) and one outlot, and
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego is the approving agency under the
city's extraterritorial review process.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the preliminary plat for Nordic
Ridge Subdivision in the Town of Norway be approved and recommend
approval to the Common Council subject to the submittal of the
application fee.
