NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18
WHEREAS, A sketch for a land division has been submitted by
Mr. Fred Washa on 9/19/91 to divide a lot of approximately 8 acres
in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 into two lots, and
WHEREAS, The sketch indicates that both lots would conform to
width, and
the RS-1 zone district requirements for lot size and average
WHEREAS, The easterly lot would contain a road dedication that
would align with similar dedications immediately to the south but
would not directly align with a road dedication to the north, and
WHEREAS, The sketch also indicates a potential for one or more
and
lots to be created adjoining this road dedication in the future,
8 proposed home on the east lot is intended to be sewered.
WHEREAS, There is an existing home on the westerly lot and the
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
two lot land division sketch for Fred Washa for property located
in the NE 1/4 of Section 18.
