WHEREAS, An extraterritorial certified survey map has been

the city's extraterritorial plan approval, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions within
their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
extraterritorial certified survey map for Donald F. Heinze in the
NE 1/4 of Section 8 in the Town of Norway.
