570 W19415 WENTLAND DRIVE FOR WILLIAM E. BAEHRING
WHEREAS, A site plan and building plans have been submitted by
William E. Baehring petitioning for a conditional use grant to
Wentland Drive for William E. Baehring, and
allow a mother-in-law unit at a residence located at S70 W19415
WHEREAS, A public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, The floor plans indicate that the mother-in-law unit
would consist of a separate bedroom with kitchen facilities and
have the availability of a separate washroom facility, and
WHEREAS, The city's zoning ordinance allows these
"mother-in-law" type residences as a conditional use in any of the
city's residential zone districts, and
character of the home remain single family in appearance and that
WHEREAS, The regulations provide that the architectural
the second unit does not exceed 800 sq. ft. of the residential
floor area and that one person in each unit be related to a person
in the other by blood, marriage or adoption. 0
WHEREAS, Owners of property located within 300' of this site
have been notified of the public hearing.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
request of William Baehring for a mother-in-law unit at S70 W19415
Wentland Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval be subject to the
conditions of Section 17.8.01 c.10 of Muskego's Zoning Ordinance.
