divide property in the Sw’ 1/4 of Section 8, and
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on 9/5/91 by Ed Kotnik to
two (2) lots, and
WHEREAS, The sketch is proposed to divide the property into
detached garage and other outbuildings on the site, and a new lot
WHEREAS, The property contains an existing dwelling, barn,
would meet the minimum requirements of the RS-1 zone district for
average width and lot size, and
WHEREAS, The new lot is intended to be served by municipal
sewer, and
irregular, land division .would allow the northwesterly one-half of
WHEREAS, Even though the property lot configurations are
the existing property to be utilized for residential development.
