CITY OF MUSKEGO AND TOWN OF NORWAY
AMENDED
RESOLUTION #P.C. 181-91
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was been submitted on 8/28/91 by
American Surveying, Inc. for Creekside Meadows Subdivision, and
residential lots, and
WHEREAS, The plat prclposes to subdivide the property into 55
of the land division in E'.C. 139-91, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission reviewed and approved the sketch
WHEREAS, The certified survey map is drawn generally in
conformance with the approved sketch, and
WHEREAS, Only the the County has responded with a review of
the plat; the other objeclting agencies have not.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLIVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
Preliminary Plat for Creekside Meadows Subdivision located in the
SE 1/4 of Section 32 in the City of Muskego and also in the Town
of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval Of the plat is
Engineer's concerns, payment of all applicable subdivision fees,
subject to compliance with the objecting agencies and City
previously approved as a certified survey map by the Plan
and removal of the barn and silo from the property that was

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval is subject to:
