NW 1/4 OF SECTION 10
AMENDED
Ridge Apartments which indicates proposed landscaping, and
WHEREAS, A site plan has been submitted by Dan Barker of Lake
Muskego's Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.) zoning district, and
WHEREAS, This landscape plan is required under the City of
trees and bushes, and
WHEREAS, The plan indicates the number, types and location of
the development, along the private roadways and selectively placed
WHEREAS, These plantings are to be located in the entrances to
adjacent to the parking area and the proposed multi-family units.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
landscaping plan for Lake Ridge Apartments in the NW 1/4 of
Section 10.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE'D, The resolution be adopted subject to
the following:
1-Provide 4'-6' high evergreen trees near Bldg. #Ills garage area.
2-Natural vegetation near Bldg. #E's garages be retained.
3-Provide retaining block wall as shown on the sketch.
Developer's Agreement.
4-Revise the landscape plan and include it as an exhibit to the
the retention ponds and shadow lane.
5-Provide language in the Developer's Agreement and an exhibit for
Plan Commission
