WHEREAS, A site plan and sign construction drawings have been
a multi-family structure as Woodcrest Apartment Homes, and
WHEREAS, The sign face is to be approximately 21 sq. ft. in
size constructed of wood .with raised letters attached to a series
of landscape timbers, and

WHEREAS, The sign will be located on Lot 6 of the Woodcrest
signs without limitation as to height, size and location if they
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission may approve such identification

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
sign for Woodcrest Apartment Homes located in the SW 1/4 of
Section 16.
