NW 1/4 OF SECTION 32-RICHARD DOUBLE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 177-91
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on 9/10/91 by
Metropolitan Engineering for Richard Kaerek to divide property in
the NW 1/4 of Section 32, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved the sketch for this
property in Resolution #P.C. 169-91, and
conformance with the approved sketch, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map is drawn substantially in
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission was advised that one or more lots
may be substandard in eit:her average width and/or lot size, and
WHEREAS, Lots 2 and 3 will contain 19,702 sq. ft. which is
98.5% of the required lot size and will have an average width of
106.5' which is approximately 97% of the width requirement.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
three (3) lot certified survey map to divide property in the NW
1/4 of Section 32.
