PCR1991176RESOLUTION #P.C. 176-91 APPROVAL OF EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL USE TO PERMIT CONSTRUCTION FOR EXPANSION OF AUD-MAR SUPPER CLUB, S79 W15851 AUD-MAR DRIVE AMENDED Oschmann to construct a building addition at the Aud-Mar Supper WHEREAS, Construction drawings have been submitted by Steve Club at 579 W15851 Aud-Mar Drive, and WHEREAS, The building addition would include a new first floor dining room, and second floor residential addition, residential deck and dining area deck:, and which allows both the res,idential and commercial use of the WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-3/0LR (lake recreation) property and additions under a conditional use expansion, and WHEREAS, The buildinq additions will meet the zoning district requirements for setbacks and would be architecturally compatible with the existing material and design.
