WHEREAS, Robert Klenz has submitted a certified survey map for
approved by the Plan Commission in Resolution #P.C. 133-91 subject
WHEREAS, The sketch for this land division was reviewed and
to the City of Muskego's engineers' review and a statement being
placed on the certified survey map regarding the future location
of the creek, and
WHEREAS, The City Engineers in their review have indicated
that a previous drainage study of the area would require 120'
drainage easement for the creek, and
WHEREAS, If approved for 70' upstream excavation for drainage

WHEREAS, The engineer recommends a 45' permanent sanitary
sewer easement, and
