WHEREAS, An extraterritorial certified survev maD in the NW
1/4 of Section 1, Town of Waterford was submittei on-August 26,
1991, and
extraterritorial plan approval, and
WHEREAS, This approval is necessary under the city's
within their jurisdiction.
WHEREAS, The Town of 'Waterford must approve land divisions
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
extraterritorial certified survey mapin the NW 1/4 of Section 1,
Town of Waterford for Tim Baker.
