WHEREAS, A certified survey map in the NW 1/4 of Section 5,
Town of Norway and SW 1/4 of Section 32, City of Muskego was
submitted by Norway Associates on August 23, 1991, and
Wisconsin requirements is to be reviewed and approved as though
WHEREAS, This certifi'ed survey map as per the State of
the entire property was within the City of Muskego's boundaries,
and
residential development, which is compatible with the City of
WHEREAS, This certified survey map plats property for
Muskego's zoning department requirements for lot size and average
width.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
Norway and SW 1/4 of Section 32 in the City of Muskego for Norway
certified survey map in the NW 1/4 of Section 5 in the Town of
Associates and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to
all applicable fees. a BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, The certified survey map will not be
signed until the barn and silo are razed.
