EUGENE BURDETTE AT W146 57450 DURHAM DRIVE
submitted by Eugene Burdette, W146 S7450 Durham Drive to construct
a 12' 14' second garage structure (storage shed), and
WHEREAS, Construction drawings and a site plan have been
WHEREAS, The shed will be of frame construction with an
exterior to match the existing residence, and
WHEREAS, The structure will be used to store lawn equipment
and other residential items, and
WHEREAS, The setback .and offsets meet the RS-2 zone district
requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
second garage structure (,storage shed) at W146 S7450 Durham Drive
for Eugene Burdette.
