BAY BREEZE CONDOMINIUM PROJECT
Development Corporation to modify the design of buildings #8 (W176
S7503-09 Harbor Circle & #11 (575 W17700-06 Harbor Circle) in Bay
Breeze Condominium Development, and
WHEREAS, Elevation drawings have been submitted by J.C.
intended to be constructed with materials consistent with the
existing condominiums, and
WHEREAS, The elevations submitted propose a "ranch" design
WHEREAS, The overall building footprint will be increased by
only 19' and will not substantially change the formerly approved
site plan, and
WHEREAS, The garage for these units are intended to be
attached to the structure creating a less obvious garage
appearance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission amend the
building and site plan for Buildings #E & #11 of Bay Breeze
Condominium Project.
