AMENDED
WHEREAS, Construction drawings and a site plan have been
the property addressed as 571 W12784 Tess Corners Road, and
submitted by Sally Renk to construct a second garage structure for
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 30' x 35' frame garage
with aluminum siding, and
WHEREAS, The structure will be constructed in conjunction with
a proposed single family home, and
WHEREAS, The lot contains approximately 4 acres which allows a
maximum sq. footage for such structures to be 1% of the lot area,
and t WHEREAS, The setback and offset meets the requirements of the
RS-2 zone district, and
WHEREAS, The garage will not be occupied until the house is
under construction; that the construction information sheet list
"personal furniture" as one of the items for storage", and
WHEREAS, The 40' offset be substituted for the 30.3' as
indicated on the sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
second garage structure for Sally Renk at S71 W12784 Tess Corners
Road.
