RESOLUTION #P.C. 169-91
RICHARD KAEREK
WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted by Richard Kaerek to
divide property in the NW 1/4 of Section 32, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide the approximately 1.41 acres
into three residential lo.ts, and
WHEREAS, This land division is a re-division of Parcel 2 of
certified survey map #365'9, and
WHEREAS, The lots meet the RS-2 zone district requirements for
lot size, and
WHEREAS, Lot 1 has an average width of 113' and the zone
district requires corner lots to be 120' in average width, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Conmission has the authority to grant a
variance in either average width and/or lot size.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
sketch land division for :Richard Kaerek for property in the NW 1/4
of Section 32.
