SUBDIVISION FOR DON MILLER
AMENDED
RESOLUTION #P.C. 168-91
for Country Brook Estates Subdivision located in the SE 1/4 of
Section 16, and
WHEREAS, Deed restrictions have been submitted by Don Miller
the Plan Commission under the city's Planned Unit Development
(P.U.D.) ordinance, and
WHEREAS, The deed restrictions are required to be reviewed by
WHEREAS, The deed restrictions provide for certain minimum
building requirements and site improvements, and
WHEREAS, These requirements do not conflict with the city's
zone district requirements, and
WHEREAS, Included in these restrictions is the requirement
that a berm be maintained on the lots that front along Woods Road
as was required by the Plan Commission.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the

maintenance of the subdivision (entrance sign, etc.).

existence and not expire.
