SE 1/4 OF SECTION 16 - DON MILLER
AMENDED
RESOLUTION #P.C. 167-91
WHEREAS, A construction drawing and site plan have been
submitted by Don Miller to construct a subdivision entrance sign
on Lot 1 of Country Brook Estates Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, The 22" x 10" sign is intended to be a
non-illuminated sandblasted wood sign with routed letters and sign
logo, and
WHEREAS, The sign will be installed on the SW corner of Lot 1
and not within the vision setback area, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has the authority to approve
subdivision entrance signs without limitations as to size, height
and location.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
subdivision entrance sign for Country Brook Estates.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the entrance sign be placed in
the boulevard.
