AT W150 ,56527 SPRING LANE FOR WERNER HOLENTUNDER
AMENDED
WHEREAS, Construction drawings and a site plan have been
submitted by Mr. Werner Holentunder to construct a second garage
structure (storage shed) on the property addressed as W150 56527
Spring Lane, and
WHEREAS, The 12' x 16' frame construction will be compatible
with the residential structure, and
WHEREAS, This shed will be used to store garden equipment and
other residential items, and
WHEREAS, The location of the structure meets the offsets and
setbacks for the RS-1 z0n.e district requirements, and
WHEREAS, Landscaping is required and three 5'-6' trees be
placed behind the structure as shown on the sketch or the shed
moved to another location--possibly NW corner.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
requiring landscaping and three 5'-6' trees be placed behind the
12' x 16' second garage structure (storage shed) subject to
structure as shown on tho sketch or the shed moved to another
location--possibly NW corner.
