AMENDED
submitted by Mr. Michael Kempen to construct a second garage
WHEREAS, Construction drawings and a site plan have been
structure at the property addressed as W143 S6785 Tess Corners
Drive, and
structure with vertical aluminum siding, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 26' x 42' masonry
from the Board of Appeals on August 22, 1991, and
WHEREAS, The structure was granted a 51 sq. ft. size variance
WHEREAS, The structure meets the RS-3 zone district
requirement for setbacks and offsets, and
the agenda to determine if the decorative block work needs to be
painted.
WHEREAS, After the structure is up, the resolution be back on
0 second garage structure for Michael Kempen at W143 S6785 Tess
Corners Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
Plan Commission
