APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR LAKE FOREST ADDITION #1 SUBDIVISION

PHASE I1 (SINGLE-FAMILY) in the SE 1/4 OF SECTION 8
WHEREAS, A final plat was submitted on August 2, 1991 by Terra
Development for Lake Forest Addition #1 Subdivision (Phase 11), and
WHEREAS, This plat subdivides the property into 86 lots with 3
outlots one of which is intended to be utilized for storm run-off
detention and one outlot of approximately 15 acres which is to be
dedicated to Waukesha County as an attachment to the Waukesha
County Park, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission revised and approved a
preliminary plat for this property on May 15, 1990, and
WHEREAS, This plat generally conforms to the approved
preliminary plat, and
WHEREAS, Waukesha County Park and Planning has certified no
objection to this final plat, and the Department of Agriculture,
Trade and Consumer Protection has indicated an objection to the
plat due to numerous tech.nica1 errors and concerns,
and
WHEREAS, A re-submittal of the final plat to the State of
Wisconsin will be required prior to the City of Muskego's signing
the plat, and

WHEREAS, Outlot 7 not. be dedicated to the city but be part of
plat; refer the decision regarding the County Park Board; change
the homeowner's associati.on; easements will be shown on the final
the plat name to reflect Lake Forest Addn. #1.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve and
recommend approval of the final plat to the Common Council subject
Engineer, approval of the Subdivider's Agreement, Letter of
Credit, and payment of al.1 fees in the land division ordinance.
