APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING & OPERATION PLAN FOR BFI-COLLEGE CT.
AMENDED
WHEREAS, Mr. John Jewel1 of BFI Waste Systems has requested to
amend the site and operation plan for the property located at W144
S6350 College Court, and
WHEREAS, The proposed amendment would allow for the property
to be utilized as a collection site for grass clippings, leaves
and small brush which was the material approved for disposal at
BFI's Yard Waste Site on 'Union Church Drive, and
be conducted on Saturday from the hours of 8 AM to 12 Noon, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in Resolution #P.C. 119-91
subjected their approval of the Union Church Drive disposal site
to this waste collection site and operation plan revision, and
WHEREAS, This operation would only involve a collection
container located in the parking turnaround area of the site and
not be a substantial modification to the operation, and
WHEREAS, It is intended that the collection of this material
