FRED GRAVES
to divide property in the SE 1/4 of Section 7, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Fred Graves has submitted a certified survey map
the RS-1 zone district requirements for minimum average width and
WHEREAS, The proposed lot would be 2.3 acres in size and meet
square footage, and
WHEREAS, The land division indicates the required 40'
dedication for Hillendale Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
certified survey map in t:he SE 1/4 of Section 7 for Fred Graves
and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to approval
of the city engineers, payment of all fees in Section 10 of the
land division ordinance.
