WHEREAS, Mr. Robert Stack has submitted a site plan and sign
drawing to install a temporary sign on property addressed as
S80 W19178-80 Janesville :Road, and
WHEREAS, The temporary sign is for the purpose of advertising
a proposed subdivision called Park Place West, and
WHEREAS, The sign will be a wooden 4' x 8' freestanding sign,
with the signage setbacks, and non-illuminated, with painted copy, and installed in conformance
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has authority to approve the type

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
4' x 8' temporary sign at 580 W19178-80 Janesville Road for a six
