RESOLUTION #P.C. 158-91
WHEREAS, Building site plans and construction drawings have
been submitted by Institutional Products located at S80 W18766
Apollo Drive to construct approximately 30,000 sq. ft. of a
building addition, and
WHEREAS, This building addition will contain warehouse area
and three floors of office space and be an addition to two
previous building constructions, and
and type of construction in P.C. 202-89, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Comrnission approved a similar size addition
WHEREAS, The building addition meets the Industrial Park
regulations for offsets, setbacks and parking requirements, and
building trim and replace it with bronze reflective windows which
are intended to enhance the overall appearance of the structure.
WHEREAS, The architect is proposing to discontinue the masonry
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
building site plans and construction drawings for Institutional
Products at 580 W18766 Apollo Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That wrap around masonry be installed
on 20% of the building.
