RESOLUTION #P.C. 157-91
WHEREAS, Judi's Daycare has submitted building elevation and
sign plans for the installation of a 4' x 33' wall sign, and
WHEREAS, The proposed sign will be constructed from painted
foam plastic letters with a series of painted foam figures, and
WHEREAS, The signage will be installed and centered on the
store front and illuminat.ed by wall lights (illuminated from 6 AM
to 8 PM), and
WHEREAS, The sign meets the 5% square footage allowance of the
B-3 zone district, and
WHEREAS, The unoccupi,ed portion of the building would retain
sufficient wall area to allow additional signage.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
wall sign for Judi's Daycare at S75 W17301 Janesville Road.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE:D, That occupancy is contingent upon the
painted sign area not bleeding through the wall area.
