PCR1991156APPROVAL OF AMENDME:NT TO BUILDING, SITE & OPERATION PLAN (BOAT HOUSE) FOR HAROLD DE BACK AT W198 ,510955 RACINE AVENUE AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 156-91 WHEREAS, Mr. Harold De Back has submitted a site plan to construct a 12' x 20' boat house with a 8' x 20' roof overhang, and WHEREAS, In P.C. #47-90 the building, site and operation plan was previously approved as a requirement of the rezoning of the property to RS-Z/OLS/OD, and WHEREAS, The proposed boat house would meet the zoning district requirements for offsets, lake setbacks and height, and of a boat house, and WHEREAS, The zoning district does not limit the square footage WHEREAS, The original building, site and operation plan approval was subject to the removal of all outhouses and unused structures and other dwelling units, and WHEREAS, One outbuilding remains on the property. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the 12' x 20' boat house with roof overhang. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE.D, That the issuance of a building permit outbuilding and further t,hat in any event the existing outbuilding for the boat house be conditioned upon the removal of the existing shall be removed by Novem:ber 30, 1991.
