WHEREAS, United Auto Body has submitted plans to install a 3
Road, and
1/2' x 3 1/2' freestanding sign addition at 573 W16437 Janesville
WHEREAS, The sign will be an illuminated cabinet type sign
with painted faces and installed upon their existing freestanding
sign, and
WHEREAS, This sign will be used to advertise the sale of
automobiles which was previously approved by the Plan Commission
as an addition to their existing conditional use grant, and
WHEREAS, The addition of this sign will conform to the zoning
district allowance for square footage.
I THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the Plan Commission amrove the
sign addition for United Auto Body at S73 W16437 Janesviiie Road.
