APPROVAL CIF CEDAR STOCKADE STYLE FENCE
AT W191 S7234 LUEHRING DRIVE FOR KATHLEEN MOON
AMENDED
WHEREAS, A site plan has been submitted by Kathleen Moon to
Drive, and
construct a fence on the property addressed as W191 S7234 Luehring
WHEREAS, The fence is, proposed to be a 6' high cedar stockade
style fence, a portion of which will be 10' high due to the
sloping topography, and
WHEREAS, The fence is to be located on the north lot line of
the property, and
WHEREAS, Section 17.4.05(d)3 of the City's zoning regulations
permits fences in excess of 6' high to be permitted closer than
the required offset from an adjoining lot line with the written
consent of the adjoining property owners and the permission of the
Plan Commission, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
stockade style cedar fence for Kathleen Moon at W191 57234
Luehring Drive contingent upon written consent of the adjoining
property owners prior to construction of the fence.
