ESTATES IN SECTION 7, TOWN OF NORWAY BY B h B INVESTMENTS
WHEREAS, An extraterritorial preliminary plat for Scenic View
Estates in Section 7, Town of Norway by B & €3 Investments was
submitted on August 13, 1.991, and
WHEREAS, The preliminary plat has been submitted to Racine
County Planning Department for approval, and
ial WHEREAS, The City of Muskego must review all extraterritor
preliminary plats.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLIVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
extraterritorial prelimimry plat for Scenic View Estates in
Section I, Town of Norway and recommend approval to the Common
Council for a 20 lot subdivision subject to the submittal of the
application fee.
