PCR19911520 APPROVAL TO REZONE LAND IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17
FROM RS-3 TO RS-3/0PD BY HAROLD DE BACK
RESOLUTION #P.C. 152-91
WHEREAS, Mr. Harold Cle Back has petitioned the City to rezone
property in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 from RS-3 to RS-3/0PD to
allow residential (duplex:-townhouse style) development, and
approved the sketch for a division of this property to allow for
duplex development, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in P.C. t130-91 conditionally
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission indicated that they would be
receptive to a RS-3/0PD zoning of the property in order to insure
that the development be designed as planned, and that the units
would be owner occupied, and
WHEREAS, The zoning would be compatible with the multi-family
and duplex uses in the nearby Woodcrest Heights Subdivision.
I THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission amrove the
rezoning of the property in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 from-RS-3 to
RS-3/0PD.
