WHEREAS, A site plan and construction drawings have been
WHEREAS, The storage structure will be located in conformance
with the zoning district requirements for offsets and setbacks, and

WHEREAS, The architectural materials and construction will be
compatible with the character of the residential area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
