FOR DOUG DOUGBERTY AT 594 W14526 GROVEWAY LANE
WHEREAS, A site plan and sketch have been submitted by Doug
Dougherty to construct a second garage structure (storage shed) at
594 W14526 Groveway Lane, and
WHEREAS, The storage structure will be 16' x 22' and be 12' in
height and located in conformance with the zone district
requirements for offsets and setbacks, and
aluminum siding and match1 the existing residential dwelling, and
WHEREAS, It is propo::ed that the structure be constructed with
WHEREAS, The storage structure will be used for residential
storage purposes.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOL,VED, That the Plan Commission approve the
16' x 22' storage structure at 594 W14526 Groveway Lane for Doug
Dougherty.
