WHEREAS, A Final Plat has been submitted on July 16, 1991 for
Meadow Green West Add'n. #3 Subdivision in the NW 1/4 of Section
15, and
APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR MEADOW GREEN WEST ADD'N. #3
RESOLUTION #P.C. 147-91

WHEREAS, The Final Plat is the third and last division of the
I WHEREAS, This platting creates 54 single-family lots, and
WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat was reviewed and approved by the
Plan Commission in P.C. 54-91, and
WHEREAS, Waukesha County and the Department of Agriculture,
Trade and Consumer Protection have not responded within the
twenty-five (25) day review period.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve and I to the recommendations from the objecting agencies and the City
recommend approval to the Common Council of the Final Plat subject
Credit, and payment of all fees in the land division ordinance.
