PCR1991144APPROVAL OF ENTRANCE SIGN FOR LAKE FOREST SUBDIVISION
RESOLUTION #P.C. 144-91
TEIRRA DEVELOPMENT, INC .
WHEREAS, A site plan and sign drawings have been submitted by
Terra Development, Inc. to install a freestanding entrance sign
for the Lake Forest subdi.vision, and
WHEREAS, This sign is: intended to be installed on a landscaped
median strip in the center of Ancient Oaks Drive, not within the
vision corner setback, and
and logo, and
WHEREAS, The sign will be an aluminum sign with a. painted face
WHEREAS, Section 17, 6.09 (14) allows the Plan Commission to
approve such signs without limitation as to size if the Plan
Commission determines that it is aesthetically in keeping with the
character of the area and development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
freestanding sign for Lake Forest subdivision.
